WhatsApp and email messages you send us to arrange IT support, a website/hosting quote, or a PC build: your name, contact details, and a description of what you need.
Contact form submissions: name, email address, the service you're interested in, subject and message.
Payment information for website, hosting and PC build invoices is handled via secure payment link or EFT; IT support payment is arranged directly with your technician. We do not ask for or store your full card details for any service.
Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, which may be collected automatically for security and performance monitoring.

2. How we use your information

To scope, quote, and deliver website design, hosting and maintenance services.
To scope, quote, source components for, and deliver custom PC build projects.
To arrange, confirm and deliver remote IT support sessions.
To respond to enquiries submitted through WhatsApp, email, or the contact form.
To send quotes, confirmations, invoices and, where relevant, follow-up communication about your project or session.
To improve the reliability and security of our services.

3. During a remote IT support session

Remote sessions are conducted with your explicit consent through third-party remote-access software. You can end a session at any time. We do not access files, accounts or data outside the scope of the issue you asked us to resolve.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with payment processors strictly to process a payment, and with infrastructure providers (such as Amazon Web Services and hosting/domain registrars) that host this website and your website.

5. Data retention

We retain project, booking and contact information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, meet accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes, after which it is securely deleted.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing digitaljunglecomputers@gmail.com.
