A Starter Website typically takes 1–2 days once we have your content. Business and E-Commerce builds usually take 1–2 weeks, depending on how much content and product setup is involved. We'll give you a firm timeline once we've scoped your project.

Design, build, mobile responsiveness, basic on-page SEO, and the agreed rounds of revisions are all included in the quoted price. Hosting, domain registration and ongoing maintenance are separate, ongoing services — priced under Hosting Plans — so you're never paying for something you don't need yet.

If you already own one, we'll connect it for you. If not, we can register it on your behalf as part of getting you set up — you'll always be the registered owner, not us.

Our hosting is monitored for uptime around the clock, and both plans include daily backups, so a rare issue means a quick restore rather than lost work. Business Hosting clients get priority response if anything ever does go wrong.

Message us on WhatsApp or email with a description of the problem, and we'll arrange a time that works for you. During the session, you'll receive a link to RustDesk, a secure remote-access tool — once you approve the connection, a technician can see and control your screen with your permission, over an encrypted session you can watch and end at any time. Nothing is installed permanently unless you ask us to.

Absolutely — remote support, web and hosting work are all delivered online, so your location doesn't matter. Custom PC builds are currently a South Africa-based, in-person collection or courier service; ask us if you're unsure whether delivery reaches you.

Most software issues, performance problems and configuration errors can be solved remotely. If we diagnose a hardware fault that needs physical repair, we'll tell you plainly and point you toward next steps — you won't be charged for a fix we can't deliver.

Website, hosting and PC build invoices are paid via secure payment link or EFT. For IT support, payment is arranged directly with your technician once you've messaged us and agreed on a time — we'll confirm the details over WhatsApp or email.

Either way. If you already have parts, our Build & Assembly service puts them together, tests and configures everything. If you'd rather we handle it end to end, the Full Build Service sources components to your budget and use case as well.

The Full Build Service includes a six-month build warranty covering our workmanship. Individual components carry their own manufacturer warranties regardless of who supplies them — we'll help with any warranty claim if a part fails.

Yes — tell us your budget and what you play (or want to play), and we'll recommend a parts list that makes the most of it. No pressure to spend more than you planned to.

For website and PC build projects, revisions or adjustments within the agreed scope are included, and we'll work with you until it's right. For an IT support session, tell us within 48 hours and we'll make it right — a follow-up session at no extra cost, or a refund for that session, assessed case by case.
